The hotel staff were great, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city. The room had heating and warm blankets. The breakfast was awesome, with local specialties.

Me and my family left the airport to hotel for 150DH about 15mins drive. From the taxi cab to hotel we were less then 30 sec walk to Hotel Agnaoue. The hotel main entrance is on the corner of their restaurant. Greeted by a man and shown to are room by staff. The room was ok but the shower was not working which the main repception said they will change our room the next day which they did. From the hotel the jamal al fana square is 4mins walk with lots of restaurants and shops to look at. Overal my 7 days at the hotel was great, great location, great hotel, good staff, cheap, cant complain.

Excellent location right near the square in the medina, with everything going on into the night, lots to do in the area. The food at the bar below is good too and prices reasonably cheap. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A bit scruffy and could be cleaner, but I think they are still doing some work on it. We didn't get the room we booked. It is lacking in somewhere to put your clothes n other things in the room, a bit basic for the price - but you are paying for location so for that I would stay again.

During my stay at Agnaoue, I was impressed with the exceptional service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel's location was perfect as it allowed easy access to many of the attractions I wanted to visit. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space for me to unwind after a long day of exploring. I had a great experience and would recommend Agnaoue to others looking for a pleasant stay in Marrakesh.

Agnaoue was the perfect base for our stay in Morocco. The hotel's central location allowed us easy access to all the main sites in the old city, including the main square. The staff, particularly Hassan at the reception and the helpful cleaning lady, were friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service without any hidden charges or deceit. Despite the cold weather, our room was well-equipped with heating and warm blankets. We also enjoyed the bustling atmosphere of the street below from our balcony while enjoying a meal. The breakfast provided was delicious, with traditional Moroccan dishes and a variety of options.

For us, it was ideal. 👌

The hotel is hard to find, although it is in plain sight because they donțt have a plate with the name. The area is very noisy, so a lazzy morning is out of the question.

The location was fantastic, right in the main square of this city. It made it easy for me to explore all the tourist attractions in the area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The wifi worked perfectly in my room, allowing me to stay connected.

The hotel location is excellent for old town. The staff at the desk was very friendly and spoke English well.

The locqtion is greatr and the staff is very nice and helpful. I even forgot my necklace and the hotel kept it carefully for me until I came back from Ouarzazate. The restaurant part provides delicious avocado juices and the staff is happy to talk about Moroccan culture when the terrace is not full of clients. A hotel and restaurant I would recommend.

I stayed at Hotel Agnaoue and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. Just a minute away from the main square, it made exploring the city easy. The staff was friendly and did their best to understand us, even with the language barrier. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the chocolate croissant and Moroccan tea. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

Staff was pretty attentive to the problems with our room.

We showed up and the lock on our door was busted. The guy said to us, "Oh, don't worry about it - it's safe." Ummm, no. They fixed it with a screwdriver and some screws, which was nice of them. Then we went to take a shower, but the drain was molasses-slow, which caused about an inch of water to collect on the floor of the bathroom. This lead to it running under the bathroom door and into the sleeping quarters. We had to put towels on each side of the bathroom door to prevent the flooding. Less than ideal.
